Reopening Letter to Patients

All of us at Advanced Dermatology Care hope this message finds you and your family members healthy and safe.
We are pleased to share we have reopened all three of our clinic locations for medical, cosmetic, and surgical treatments.
We will continue to offer online appointment options and curbside pick-up, and will now be able to provide both essential
and most elective in office visits, as of Tuesday, May 26, 2020. We cannot thank you enough for your patience and understanding
as we were required to suspend some services over the past nine weeks while only providing essential in-office care.

As we reopen, we wanted to let you know a few things have understandably changed in our practices.
In response to COVID-19, we have implemented additional infection control measures.
These safety measures also apply to our Providers and other team members.

  • All patients, staff and vendors will be required to wear facial coverings while in the practice. You must wear a mask 100% of the time you are in our clinics.

  • Do not touch the mask, or remove the mask, unless instructed by your Provider.

  • All patients, staff and vendors will be screened for temperature.

  • All patients, staff and vendors are given a COVID questionaire to fill out. Please read, and fill out this questionaire honestly and accurately.
  • Patients will be asked to maintain proper social distancing from others while in the practice.

  • To comply with social distancing recommendations, we are restricting accompanying visitors, and are asking patients come
alone to their appointments. We ask that minors and disabled adults have only one parent or guardian accompanying them
    for their visit.

  • You will see our providers and team members wearing additional personal protection equipment, such as face shields,
    during exams and procedures.

  • You will notice new sneeze guards located throughout our clinics.

  • You will see new floor markings to indicate 6ft distancing spaces, and traffic flow in the clinic.

  • Please use hand sanitizer for your protection located by the front lobby, and thoughout our clinics.

As always, our primary goal is to keep you and your family safe, while still providing exceptional dermatological care and service.
We’ve enhanced our already rigorous cleaning procedures, as well as, instructed staff to follow additional safety precautions
within the office to keep our patients and staff healthy.

While we anticipate our schedules will be very busy in the coming weeks, we’ll do our best to schedule you as soon as possible.
Please contact us at (651) 484-2724 or here at ADCderm.com for any questions or concerns regarding our new procedures.
Once again, thank you so much for being an Advanced Dermatology Care patient, and we look forward to seeing you soon.

Sincerely,

Dr. OJ and Dr. Ruth Rustad
